Kathy C. Diaby is the President and Managing Shareholder of Brunberg Blatt and Company, Inc. She has considerable experience in all phases of accounting, planning, consulting, valuation, and taxation services. She has served a variety of industries including consultants and professional services, franchisers, manufacturers, contractors, distribution industries, retailing, and new and emerging businesses.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Diaby worked in the audit and tax departments of the international CPA firm of Coopers & Lybrand, then joined the regional CPA firm of Anderson, Bowen and Company. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants. She has a BS degree in Accounting and German from St. Cloud State University, a Masters in Business Taxation from the University of Minnesota and is certified to do business valuations by the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA).
